Rider Watch

 

Signing up for RIDER WATCH enables you to receive recorded messages from the school administration containing information about delays, cancellations, early dismissals, etc. Please follow the instructions below to create your account. You will need to enter your phone numbers and email accounts.

 RIDER WATCH
 

1.     Begin by clicking on the RIDER WATCH image above.  You will be taken to the Martins Ferry Schools CodeRED "Contact Group Enrollment" page.

2.     Enter your primary email address in the box provided. This will be your User Name for your account.

3.     Click the button that says "No, I am new", and then click the blue “New User" button.

4.    On the next page, create a password for your account. Reenter the password and fill-in your first and last name. Click "Continue". (Choose a password that you will remember in case you need to make changes or adjustments to your contact information)

5.     On the next page, enter all of the ways you would like to receive Martins Ferry School District recorded messages. 

6.     Click each green button to add your address, phone numbers, and email accounts. 

7.     When adding phone numbers, be sure to click the drop-down box and designate the phone as home, work, cell, etc.  If the phone entered Is a cell phone and you want to receive text messages in addition to the phone call, check the box labeled "Send Text Messages". You will then need to choose your mobile phone provider from the drop-down list. Remember, 2 that sell prepaid phones. The actual service is provided by a company such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, etc.

8.     If you do not know who your mobile phone provider is, go to www.whitepages.com and click on the tab labeled "PHONE". Enter your 10-digit cell phone number into the box provided and click "Search". You will see the cell phone number with the provider under it. Use this when registering your phone for Rider Watch.

9.     When finished entering all phones and email accounts, find the small white box on the left under "Account Specifics". Click to highlight the "Rider Watch ALL CALL" group. Once highlighted, click the blue "Verify Information" button.

10.  A box will pop-up with all of the information you entered. Verify that everything is correct and click "Submit". If you need to make a correction, click the "Edit" box instead.
